Visited Delta ponds this evening. Got a few decent shots of the Green Heron. In the past, the only sightings I’ve made of it were way across the ponds, barely able to tell it’s a green heron with binocs (well, the green heron didn’t have binocs, I was using them to identify it)
ANyway, This evening, I was fairly close to it. It let me view it for 5-10 minutes before he flew off the other direction.
